A new study by Right Management Consultants says that only one-third of employees are fully engaged and know their employers' missions. The survey of 336 companies also showed that the main reason employees are disengaged is due to their employers' failure to communicate organizational strategies. This amounts to employees working in the dark, with little sense of direction and little "why" to their work.
